Our local MP, Yasmin Qureshi, has visited our school today & been extremely busy! The children had lots of questions for her and made some suggestions of topics to discuss in Parliament. Yasmin loved speaking to the children about all of the work they’ve completed for World Book Day and thought that our showcase was amazing. Miss Milson & her Forest School group helped Yasmin to make a willow want and Mrs Ismail’s cookery group tested out their pizza buns on her. We look forward to working with Yasmin in the future.
