1,000,000 Words!

6C – 1,000,000 words!

Well done to all of the children in 6C who have been very busy and managed to reach this fantastic goal! To celebrate, they received an amazing box of brand new books for their class library from our school librarian, Miss Kelly.

It’s not easy to picture just how much one million words is. Did you know that if you read ALL SEVEN Harry Potter books, that’s only just over one million words?

How close is your class to the 1,000,000 word challenge? Could you reach that goal on your own?
