Welcome to 1S!
We begin our school day at 9am and finish at 2:45pm.
Homework should be completed online weekly. We use Spelling Shed, Reading Eggs, My Maths, Purple Mash and TT Rockstars.
Spelling tests will be on a Friday and these are available on Spelling Shed each week.
PE day is Wednesday. Please make sure your child is wearing trainers and has no jewellery on.

This term we investigated skittle rainbows and observed the changes that happened. When we placed rainbows in a shallow water, the dye quickly dissolves and starts to absorb into the water, making a colorful rainbow!

For our WOW this half term we focused on animals, where they live and why they live there. We matched animals ad their habitats and discussed how and why they adapt. We already knew lots of amazing facts! We can't wait to learn more!
